Car key replacement
The other night I left my friends after a show and got back to my car only to realise I didn’t have my car keys. I frantically searched and retraced my steps but still could not find them. The lot attendant gave me North York Lock and Key phone number and within minutes a technician was out at my car making the new key I needed to get me home safely. Thanks again!

House lock out
I had just moved to North York a few weeks back and was still getting adjusted to my new house while I was out walking my dog I accidentally locked my entire home up with my keys inside. I was in a full panic but my neighbour provided me with the number to North York Lock and Key. They dispatched a technician right away and he arrived in what seemed like minutes. He unlocked my doors and even suggested getting some new locks on the back side door. So thankful for my neighbour who assisted me but more so for Tony the Locksmith!

Ignition repair
I am the proud owner of a 1999 Mercedes Benz and have been for years. When I tried to start my car the other day I could not get the keys to turn in the ignition. I tried myself to loosen it up and wiggle the key to flip the switch with no luck. One call to North York Lock and Key I had a auto Locksmith standing next to me in less than a hour. He went right to work and repaired my ignition switch like new and even cut me a spare key. So appreciative of the hard work and friendliness of the staff over there. Thank you once again!

Safe lock out
I have just started a new job and had only been given the safe combination a few days prior to this incident. I was closing up for the night and had to put the registers into the safe along with the deposit when I could not for the life of me remember the combination. I called my manager but they were out of country on holiday so I had no assistance. I called North York Lock and Key and they sent a safe specialist right out he unlocked the safe and reset the combination within minutes. It was a miracle. Now I need to tell my boss the new combination but they definitely saved the day! Thank you!

Residential lock change
I recently purchased a home and was informed that the previous owner had lots of visitors who all had keys to the back door. I was worried that an uninvited guest may show up at any moment so I wanted to change the locks. I was referred to North York Lock and Key and after my experience I can see why they came so highly recommended. The technician arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work he changed the locks on the exterior doors and re keyed the locks on the inside of the home all within a few hours.
